FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What's the process to get in touch with you once I'm in labor?

Once you are admitted to the hospital or birthing enter, you will send me a text to give me a heads up that baby will be arriving soon. Once the baby is born, you will send me another text, and we will figure out the best time that works for us both for me to come and take your photos before you are discharged.

Do I need to bring props with me to the hospital/birthing center?

If you have specific items you would like included in your photos such as a name sign, blanket, etc. I would love to include them in the photos I will take. Otherwise, I will have everything that's needed. I love capturing the elements of the hospital/birthing center in our images and it will really take you back to that precious moment in time that was such a sleepy blur.

Do you pose newborns?

I'm sure we've all seen those awkward and stiff looking newborn froggy poses. I believe newborns are perfect just as they are and because of that, I don't put newborns in stiff poses but instead am passionate about capturing the organic moments in your home or in the hospital as they unfold - in baby's bassinet/crib, in Mom and Dad's arms, etc.
